Featured Project #1:  Sun Healthcare System - 40,000 sf Professional Office Building

Location:  Anacortes, Washington

Services:  Filling the role as Vice President with a Design-Build Construction Firm before joining TRICO, Bruce Berglin and the Sun Healthcare Project is another example of the depth of TRICO’s in-house capabilities.  Bruce’s Management and Leadership started at the Project Conceptual Stage and progressed to include extensive pre-construction services with the Owner and Mithun Partners Architectural Firm and progressed to include the Construction of the high-tech Professional Office Building.  The architect and customer both acknowledged the leadership, management and construction capabilities added significant value to the entire project.  The project was delivered on time and under budget with a highly satisfied customer.


RCF - Boardman, Oregon

Featured Project #2:  RCF - 65,000 sf Food Processing and Cold Storage Facility

Location:  Boardman, Oregon

Services:  Filling the role as Vice President with a Design-Build Construction Firm before joining TRICO, Bruce Berglin and the RCF Project showcases TRICO’s in-house capabilities.  Bruce’s Management and Leadership started at the Project Conceptual Stage and progressed to include Architecture, Engineering, Permitting and Construction of the complete Food Processing and Cold Storage Facility.  This project incorporated Fast-Track Construction Techniques and required a high level of project leadership and knowledge of Food Processing and Cold Storage processes.  The Ownership of this Potato Processing Plant consist of a partnership with an U.S. Firm and Japanese Company adding to the complexity of communication and the decision making process.  Furthermore, this was a Greenfield project with multiple permitting and infrastructure complications that were handled with expertise and precision.  The project was completed on time and under budget with a profitable facility and delighted customer.
