Featured Project #1:  Apple Valley Honda - Site Development for Future Automobile Dealership

Location:  East Wenatchee, Washington

Services: Engineering, Permitting and Construction of site development including demolition, fill and grade, offsite utilities, street improvements and coordination with all public agencies and utility companies. Project was completed on time and within budget which rewarded the customer.

Featured Project #2:  T. R. Camano Bayview Park Development - Completion of Engineering, Permitting and Construction of a Distressed Commercial Development Project

Location:  Camano Island, Washington

Services: The development was stalled and suffered from schedule and budgeting problems. TRICO assembled a team to complete the engineering, permitting and construction including a complete state approved water distribution system and large offsite septic system. The project schedule called for final plat approval nine months after the contract agreement was executed. Working through the multiple county and state officials as well as local utility districts, the engineering and permitting were completed in six months allowing time for the construction activities to be completed in support of the final plat approval deadline. Strong leadership, proactive management and in-house expertise all contributed to a successful completion and returning the failing development project to successful completion. Once again, the customer had no doubt that TRICO provided them with exceptional value.
